About AZCON
"Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding (AZCON)" public legal entity was established pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated November 7, 2024.
The composition of the Supervisory Board of AZCON was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 7, 2024. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Rashad Nabi oghlu Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 3, 2025, Shahin Tofig oghlu Babayev was appointed Executive Director of Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON).
AZCON's main goals are to manage state-owned enterprises, economic entities with partial state ownership and public legal entities entrusted to its management in accordance with modern corporate governance principles, and to increase their competitiveness and financial sustainability.
