Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) is the national flag carrier of our country.  With Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku as its main base, AZAL operates international and domestic passenger and cargo flights to more than 50 destinations. 

Since 1880, when the first line was put into operation in Azerbaijan, railways continue to play an important role in our country's economy, culture, and people’s daily lives.  

Being a unique shipping company, on top of its active part in cargo transportation with the Marine Transport Fleet, Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) also provides various types of specialized offshore services for oil and gas projects with its Caspian Oil Fleet. 

The Baku Metro, which has been operational since 1967, continues to play an important role in the capital's public transportation system. It provides accurate and impartial service to the public based on the principles of safety, accuracy and efficiency in intra-city passenger transportation.  

"BakuBus" LLC has been operating in Baku since 2015 delivering modern, safe and high-quality public transport services.  

“Baku Shipyard” LLC was established on May 10, 2011, with the purpose of constructing and repairing all types of vessels and providing comprehensive marine engineering services. The facility was officially commissioned on September 20, 2013. 

Azerbaijan's modern space industry was established in 2008. Operational since 2010, Azercosmos is known as the first and only satellite operator in the region. Since 2021, Azercosmos holds the status of the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 

"Aztelekom" LLC was established in 1992 as the national communications operator of the republic and has been operating as a Limited Liability Company since 2015.

"Azerpost" LLC, the only national postal operator, currently has an extensive service network throughout the republic and provides traditional and non-traditional postal services at reasonable prices to all segments of the population, as well as to legal entities. 

"Baku Taxi Service" LLC is a state-owned enterprise specializing in passenger transportation in Baku and surrounding areas since 2018. 

The "Radio-Television Broadcasting and Satellite Communications" Production Union ("Teleradio" PU) operates an uninterrupted and stable radio-television broadcasting infrastructure throughout the country and provides the population with high-quality broadcasts.  

The National Artificial Intelligence Center (NAIC) promotes research and development in the field of artificial intelligence in our country. The center aims to accelerate digital transformation through the application of artificial intelligence technologies.
