Eldar Majidov

Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Maritime and Port Agency

Eldar Oqtay oglu Majidov was born in 1977. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and International Law from Baku State University (1993–1997) and a Master's degree (LL.M.) in Law from Maastricht University in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (2007–2008).

From 1998 to 2024, he held various legal and executive positions in several local and international organizations.

Appointed as Advisor to the Chairman of the Board at the State Maritime and Port Agency in January 2024.

Since May 2025, he has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Maritime and Port Agency.
