Vugar Mirzazada
Deputy Executive Director
He was born in 1988.
He received a bachelor's degree in commerce from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2005-2009, and a master's degree in management and international finance from the University of Glasgow in 2011-2012.
Vugar Mirzazadeh has successfully completed all stages of the exam conducted by the internationally recognized CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Institute and has obtained the status of "CFA Charterholder".
From 2013 to 2020, he worked in various management positions at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) OJSC.
On January 30, 2020, he was appointed Head of the Automation and Digitalization Department at Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.
On October 1, 2020, he was appointed Head of the Transport Department of the Asset Management Department at Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
From September 3, 2024, until his last appointment, he was an advisor to the Minister of Digital Development and Transport.
On May 2, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Executive Director of Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON).
He is the winner of the first "Yukselish" competition held in 2021.
He speaks Russian and English.
