A meeting was held between Azercosmos and the US Embassy on possible cooperation in the space field

A meeting was held between the management team of Azercosmos, one of the AZCON Holding companies, and the Chargé d'Affaires of the United States Embassy in Azerbaijan, Ms. Amy Carlon. 

During the meeting, a broad exchange of views was held on existing and prospective cooperation opportunities in the space field between the United States and Azerbaijan. The parties discussed Azercosmos' existing partnership with SpaceX, the leading US space company, and the continuation of this cooperation in future satellite projects.  

At the same time, joint events and the implementation of commercial projects between the US government and Azercosmos were discussed. The parties also exchanged views on science and education, knowledge and skills. In particular, opportunities for cooperation with the programs of the COSMIC Academy operating under Azercosmos and with US innovation and incubation centers were considered.
