A presentation ceremony of the "E-qanun.ai" platform was held

The "E-qanun.ai" platform, developed within the framework of joint cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the Ministry of Justice, has been launched, allowing for effective search in the legal documents and legislative base of Azerbaijan. This artificial intelligence product, developed for the implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025-2028", is one of the measures to strengthen the natural language processing directions mentioned in subsection 8.2.2 of the Strategy. 

The presentation ceremony was attended by Togrul Huseynov, Deputy Minister of Justice, Elmin Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, representatives of relevant agencies, lawyers, and media representatives.  

"E-qanun.ai" was developed by the National Artificial Intelligence Center, one of the AZCON Holding companies, based on the technical specifications jointly determined by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. The system is an innovative legal search platform, supported by artificial intelligence, based on a single electronic database of legal acts. 

The platform, which provides users with quick analysis and accurate results, aims to provide prompt and reliable answers to questions arising in the legal field. 

The main goal of the platform is to make laws more accessible and understandable to everyone. 

Here, users can search for legal information by text, meaning, or in a hybrid format, view its artificial intelligence-based analysis, and view the history of their previous searches in their personal accounts. 

The platform's database contains regulatory legal acts, normative acts, non-normative legal acts, and official texts. 

The main advantage of the platform is the analysis of search results using artificial intelligence technology, the presentation of an understandable, concise summary to the user, the filtering of results, and their storage in folders. 

The platform also aims to simplify the workflow for lawyers and anyone working in a related field. 

The next stage is planned to introduce advanced functions that will meet the needs of platform users, as well as lawyers, and make their work even easier.
