AZCON Holding and AD Ports Group Expand Cooperation in Logistics and Digital Solutions

AZCON Holding and Abu Dhabi Ports Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore strategic collaboration across ports, shipping, logistics, and digital trade solutions in Azerbaijan. 

The MoU establishes a strategic framework for cooperation between parties to explore investment opportunities and advance collaboration in integrated transport and logistics infrastructure, including maritime and digital solutions in Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that a contract has been signed between “Baku Shipyard” LLC, a subsidiary of AZCON Holding, and AD Ports Group for the construction and sale of two 780 TEU container vessels. The ships are planned to operate in the Caspian Sea and will be deployed on key routes to improve connectivity between major regional trade hubs.

AZCON Holding is also a member of the Economic Sub-Committee under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Cooperation Committee. During the Committee’s second meeting, the parties discussed the roadmap for implementing the Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Partnership signed between them.
