Next meeting of "Baku Metro" CJSC Supervisory Board

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of "Baku Metro" CJSC, which was transferred to the management of the public legal entity "Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON), was held.  
  
At the meeting, a report on the work carried out by Baku Metro CJSC during the first nine months of 2025 was presented, and budget forecasts for the coming years were discussed. In addition, the Company's key performance indicators and digital strategy for 2025 were reviewed, and other issues of interest were highlighted.  
  
AZCON's main goals are to ensure the application of modern corporate governance principles in state-owned enterprises entrusted to its management, as well as to increase the competitiveness and financial sustainability of these enterprises.
