Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport held a meeting with the Chairman of the Management Board of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC

On April 2, 2026, Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev held a meeting with Nurlan Zhakupov, Chairman of the Management Board of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC, who is on a business visit to our country.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and development prospects of bilateral cooperation in the fields of transport and logistics.

During the meeting, special attention was also paid to the implementation of a joint project for dredging operations in the ports of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The importance of the project in ensuring the throughput capacity of port infrastructure and expanding trade relations between the two countries was emphasized. 

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place regarding the results achieved and the primary objectives of the project. At the conclusion of the meeting, a shareholders' agreement was signed between AZCON Holding and "Samruk-Kazyna Invest" LLC, a subsidiary of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC, to establish a joint venture for the acquisition of a dredging vessel and the execution of dredging operations.
