The first meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO), which was transferred to the management of the public legal entity "Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON), was held under the new composition.
The meeting discussed ASCO's development directions, general action plan, and issues on the agenda, and made relevant decisions.
AZCON's main goals are to ensure the application of modern corporate governance principles in state-owned enterprises entrusted to its management, as well as to increase the competitiveness and financial sustainability of these enterprises.
