Within the framework of the strategic cooperation established between AZCON Holding and IE Business School on March 13, 2026, the “Global Executive Development Program” has officially been launched.

Implemented under the umbrella of the “AZCON Corporate Academy” platform, the program has been designed for strategic leaders and will continue until the end of the year. It has been developed in line with global leadership trends, modern management approaches, and the organization’s development priorities, while also aligning with the Holding’s long-term strategic objectives.

Within the framework of the program, the Holding’s and subsidiary companies’ strategic leadership teams are participating in advanced development modules focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing a unified management approach, increasing organizational synergy, and building transformation-oriented management competencies.
