The Supervisory Board of Baku Metro CJSC Holds Its Regular Meeting

The regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of Baku Metro CJSC, an entity managed by the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding (AZCON), was held.

During the meeting, a comprehensive report on the company's current operations was presented, followed by discussions on the progress of ongoing projects and the key initiatives planned for the upcoming period. The Board also reviewed efforts aimed at developing the metro infrastructure, enhancing passenger services, optimizing operational processes, and continuously strengthening safety and security measures.

The Supervisory Board adopted a number of decisions focused on advancing the company's strategic development objectives, improving management efficiency, and further enhancing the quality of services provided.

It should be noted that one of AZCON's key objectives is to ensure the implementation of modern corporate governance principles across the state-owned enterprises under its management, while also strengthening their competitiveness and financial sustainability.
